Release Notes ReconPro Back Office (September 5, 2016)

New Features

  • ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter has been updated to version 2.6.2.0.

Improvements

  • Users with the Administrator role now can see QuickBooks mappings and get registration codes for these mappings.
  • Auto-population of the From and To fields in service request appointments based on service request Suggested Start and Suggested Finish values.
  • Adding company name while creating a new customer or owner for a service request.
  • Showing service notes below the service name on the Repair Order details view.
  • Users with the Team Administrator role and the Area Administrator role now have access to the Duration by Phase report.
  • Performance of the Repair Orders by Departments page has been improved.

Fixed Issues

  • The output from the Print List option on the Inspections page was not correct because the Named Filter setting was not taken into account (only for Back Office applications with enabled Named Filter option).
  • There was an issue with copying the notes of some service types when work orders were automatically created from inspections.
  • In some cases services in skipped phases were not shown as finished for the repair orders on the Repair Orders by Departments page.
