Improvements

• Showing percentage services on list/net invoice printouts
• Showing tax amount on invoice printouts with grouped totals
• Subtotal amount is now calculated for list/net invoice printouts
• Users with the Area Administrator role can now export invoices to CSV, view and download exported invoices
