New Features

  • Support for CIECA labor time standards has been implemented
  • Service Requests: ability to assign multiple technicians to appointments has been added
  • Reports: the Email Activity Report has been added
  • Quality Audit Report: access for users with team-related and area-related roles has been provided
  • Statement Report: the Area and the Team filters have been added
  • Main Dashboard: access for users with team-related and area-related roles has been provided
  • Email Options: using area email address as sender’s email address for inspections, work orders, and invoices

Improvements

  • Commission Profiles: calculating commissions on a weekly basis
  • Service Requests: marking checked-in service requests on the Scheduler view
  • Repair Orders: access to vendor price for users with the Work Manager role and the Work Manager - Read Only role has been provided
  • Average Repair Time Report: calculation of average repair time by phase has been improved
  • Coupa Integration: ability to link one team to multiple locations has been added
  • Thermeon Integration: matching of service requests and inspections has been improved
  • Authenticom Integration: some improvements related to service requests have been made
