Improvements

• Showing service request types depending on customer type
• Showing “Create Invoice” checkbox on work order Summary screen
• Changes in setting Status filter on the My Invoices screen

Fixed Issues

• In some cases PO# was shown twice while Stock# was not shown at all on the My Invoices screen.
• The appropriate warning message was not shown when user tried to add a service without Multiple setting more than one time.
