  • Email Templates: a new setting has been added to attach batch invoices as separate files
  • Client-related tags have been added to email templates of the InvoiceBatchEmail type
  • HomeNet Automotive Integration has been implemented

Improvements

  • Some improvements have been made for labor time services
  • Events: The RO# tag has been added to the Phase Completed event
  • Events: The Phase Time Exceeded event is now calculated based on working time

  • Scanning RO# for service requests, inspections, and work orders
  • Searching service requests, inspections, work orders, and invoices by scanning VIN, Stock#, and RO#
  • Using the Price Transition setting for inspections and work orders created from service requests
  • Selecting status and additional actions while saving invoices
  • Changing technician assignment for order monitor services
  • Resetting technician split for work order services with zero price

Improvements

  • Sorting services based on their order in service package
  • Showing icon that indicates whether order monitor phase status can be changed

Improvements

  • Vendor Bills: calculating commissions based on profiles of commission types
  • Visual Forms: restricting the size of uploaded images
  • Now all related images are shown when clicking the link to view photos in emailed invoices
  • A more noticeable Notes icon is now shown on the Repair Orders page for client users

Fixed Issues

  • In some cases zero value was shown in the phase duration column of the Repair Location Time Tracking By Phase report due to wrong rounding

New Features

  • Support for CIECA labor time standards has been implemented
  • Service Requests: assigning multiple technicians to appointments
  • Questions: adding text and image notes answers

Improvements

  • Work Orders: hiding work orders that cannot be invoiced
  • Now when you delete pictures from device, they are automatically deleted from the media library in the Back Office application.

Fixed Issues

  • Long names of vehicle parts were not shown correctly on the Price Matrix screen of price matrix services.
  • When multiple vehicle parts were selected for a service, the service was added for only one of selected vehicle parts.
  • The name of the Question Answer Services screen was not shown correctly after changing the question answer.
  • In the ReconPro HD version there was an intermittent application crash that occurred on the Question Answer Services screen after changing question answer.

  • Reports: the Email Activity Report has been added
  • Quality Audit Report: access for users with team-related and area-related roles has been provided
  • Statement Report: the Area and the Team filters have been added
  • Main Dashboard: access for users with team-related and area-related roles has been provided
  • Email Options: using area email address as sender’s email address for inspections, work orders, and invoices

Improvements

  • Commission Profiles: calculating commissions on a weekly basis
  • Service Requests: marking checked-in service requests on the Scheduler view
  • Repair Orders: access to vendor price for users with the Work Manager role and the Work Manager - Read Only role has been provided
