- Email options have been added to inspection types, work order types, and invoice types.
- The Life Cycle report has been added to service requests.
- Client users have been given the ability to add and edit notes of repair orders and repair order services.
Improvements
- The Invoiced filter option has been added to the Work Orders by Employee report.
- Client users with the Client Monitor Manager role have been given the ability to use Recon Monitor reports, such as Duration by Phase, and In Progress Work Orders.
- The Date filter in the Intacct Integration Status/Warning report has been improved.
- Client users now have access to the Repair Orders by Departments page.
- The Service Requests Timeline view now supports multiple inspections and work orders created from service requests.
